A firefly drifts up and down over a moonlit pond. One button darts it forward in a straight line of light — the dart freezes its bob, so time the press for the moment its glow lines up with the slowly drifting gap in the reeds. Thread reeds to build a streak, and the whole pond repaints itself every eight: Moonrise, Emberfall, Lilywake, Frostlight, Deepglow. Clip a reed and the firefly tumbles into the water — one tap and you are straight back in.
Tap anywhere on screen, or press Space / Enter, to dart forward. The firefly bobs up and down on its own — you never steer it, you only choose when to commit. The dashed line shows the height your dart will hold. After a hit, tap or press Space again to fly straight back in. Tap the ♪ button or press M to mute; R restarts.
