Isometric city builder in Russian and English: lay roads, zone housing, shops and factories, power the grid, add parks and schools to raise land value, balance taxes and grow from an empty meadow to a 5,000-resident megapolis without going bankrupt. Seasons repaint the map as the years pass.
Tap or click tiles with the selected tool; drag to paint roads and zones. Hand tool drags the map (right mouse or two fingers also pan, pinch or wheel zooms). Keys 1-9 pick tools, WASD scroll, Space pauses, B opens the budget, M mutes.
